WHEN WILL I GET MY COINS?

DO I HAVE TO PAY 5% EA TAX?
Yes, as is the norm for every transfer 5% of your coins will be deducted due to EA tax.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s super easy. After you’ve completed your order you will receive instructions via the email address you have submitted. We will provide you with login credentials and you’ll be able to list players (of your choice) on the transfer list and we buy those players for their maximum prices. You also get the real value of the players back, that way you won't be giving your player away for free. Our systems knows which player to buy since it makes a match based on the player, the start and buy now price and the duration, you have to list the player for 1 day.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can pay via all the well-known payment methods: Creditcard, Paypal, Skrill, etc.
IS THERE A CHANCE I'LL GET BANNED?
Yes, there is a chance you’ll get banned and that is your own responsibility. But... it rarely happens. And before you get banned you’ll get 3 strikes. Only ± 0.13% of the people get a first strike after buying coins. So you can almost always buy FIFA coins without worrying about a ban. We advise customers to claim max. 250K coins per day to avoid the risk of being flagged.
TIPS TO MINIMISE THE CHANCES OF GETTING A STRIKE OR BAN
We normally advise collecting not more than 250k per day. We would not advise you to do more, but I can share some tips with you if you really want to speed things up. Remember that now it is your own responsibility.
If you collect more than 250k coins per day make sure to collect them all directly. EA does not take away bought players but does wipe your coins so if you don't have any coins left they can not take it. You will get flagged 3 times (when being flagged they also take your unused coins) before you get banned.
Varying players and amounts could help. For 9500 coins there are a lot of players available, so please use those to vary. Aside from that super inactive accounts get flagged easier than accounts that have been active for a long time.
EA has an algorithm that looks for irregularities, there is no specific thing that gets you flagged.
Let's say you usually log in from the UK and do a lot of trades etc. But now all of a sudden you've logged in from a Chinese IP address and start doing trades you get flagged 100% (NEVER DO A COMFORT TRADE). Or, usually you do all your trading on your console and suddenly you trade on a mobile app and you make way more coins than you usually do: flag!
Or, you've never before bought 10 of the same player but you suddenly buy 10 of the same players and sell them for unreasonable prices: flag!
But the thing is if you've always bought 10 players and sold them for good or even unreasonable prices: no flag. They check for irregularities.
So please do as you always do when collecting your coins. Don't do anything different or suspicious would be our main advice.
ALL MY PLAYERS GOT CANCELED
If all your players get cancelled you are probably doing something wrong. Make sure to only list players that you have for transfer. Check if the following criteria are correct: the start and buy now price and the duration (you have to list the player for 1 day). Also, list the player on your console. You have to do this, otherwise, you can not get your coins.
ONE OR TWO OF MY PLAYERS GOT CANCELED
There are two reasons for cancellation:
We advise you to try it again. List another player of the same player again.
CANCEL OR CHANGE A LISTED PLAYER
We can not cancel or change a listed player. The problem is that EA doesn't make it possible to cancel or change a transfer in FIFA. So we are also not able to take them out of our system since we have to follow their rules otherwise they know something is going on. The only thing you can do now is to wait until the players get cancelled. This will take max. 2 hours. If you have coins left you can list new players in the meantime otherwise wait until you get your coins back, this is processed automatically after cancellations.
